"I'm so impressed with your dedication to total wellness! NOURISH is truly unique and I feel so fortunate to have this right here in Santa Cruz. Where else can you get the best yoga instructors with unlimited classes for $50 a month?! I love the knowledge and intuitiveness of all the instructors and always feel safe and supported and challenged in my yoga practice. I leave class feeling centered, strong and stretched and , well, nourished! The massage program is amazing!!! My biggest problem is deciding who to book my next massage appointment with! EVERY massage I've had has been fabulous and I can't seem to pick a favorite therapist as each one has given me what I think is "the best massage I've ever had"! You all are the best!"
